REGISTRATION
Enrollment begins on February 1, 2025 and are open until October 1, 2025 or until the maximum capacity of the event for the 2025 edition is reached, set at 150 participants.
The base registration fee for any of the categories is 2,900 euroswith staggered increments depending on the number of participants and/or the date of proximity to the raid, at the rate of:
- From 02/01/2025 to 04/30/2025 or up to 50 registrants, 2,900 euros.
- From 01/05/2025 to 31/08/2025 or up to 100 registrants, 3,400 euros.
- From 01/09/2025 to 01/10/2025 or up to 150 registrants, 3,800 euros.
We offer you the possibility of paying in installments according to this schedule:

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Registration is done by adding the corresponding reservation to your cart depending on the date you make this step.
You will have to register in our platform where we will ask you for a series of data related to your registration. Remember to have this information clear before the registration process:
- Choose the category that most closely resembles your type of motorcycle and riding style.
- Decide how you want to navigate. You can do it with a paper or digital roadbook or you can also do it with GPS following a track.
- Read our terms and conditions and cancellation policy.
- Read our prices and payment terms.
- Find out about the extras that can be contracted in addition to the registration fee.
- Take a look at our regulations.

What does your registration include?
✅ Transport of the pilot’s material from the beginning to the end of the stage in organization vehicles from the service park in Morocco:
- Flexible luggage bag (max 90x40x40)
- 1 box (60*40*32)
✅ Organization truck with generic tools and equipment for the most common repairs.
✅ 6 nights of accommodation in MOTOCARD EPIC RAID camps (5 nights in hotel + 1 night in camp) from the night of November 9th to 14th included.
✅ Breakfast.
✅ Survival ration meals.
✅ Dinner.
✅ Provisions during the stages.
✅ Rental of navigation and tracking device Stella or similar.
✅ Liability insurance.
✅ Travel assistance insurance with medical coverage for accidents and repatriation.
✅ Emergency medical attention service on the runway.
✅ Rescue of the broken down motorcycle on the route to the next camp.
✅ Roadbook or GPS Track of the 5 stages, depending on your category.

REGISTRATION DOES NOT INCLUDE:
❌ Mechanical assistance. Check here how you can contract it.
❌ Fuel.
❌ Transport of the motorcycle to Morocco (optional).
❌ Luggage transportation to Morocco (optional).
❌ Border crossing management and advice. Check here our recommendations for the trip.
❌ All those products or services that do not appear in “INCLUDES”.
OPTIONAL SERVICES
- Transport of the motorcycle from the official point in Spain to the campsite in Morocco (Deadline for contracting: 06/30/2025). You send us the motorcycle by your own means and we take it to the departure point in Morocco.
- Transport of toolbox and luggage from the official point to the camp in Morocco (Deadline for contracting is 01/09/2025). You send us your luggage by your own means and we will take it to the departure point in Morocco.
- Personalized photos (Deadline for contracting: 09/01/2025)
- Mechanics service (Contract deadline 09/01/2025)
- Paper Roadbook (Deadline for contracting: 09/01/2025)
